Tour Details
Day 1: Agadir to Taroudant & Tiznit
After breakfast in Agadir, you will begin your journey by heading towards Taroudant, known as “Little Marrakech” due to its resemblance to the imperial city. Explore the ancient Medina and city walls, and enjoy some time to shop for local crafts and spices. Continue on to Tiznit, a charming town known for its silver jewelry and souks. Spend the night in Tiznit or a nearby town.
Day 2: Tiznit to the Draa Valley
After breakfast, continue your journey towards the Draa Valley, known for its lush palm groves and traditional kasbahs. Along the way, you’ll pass through stunning landscapes, including the Anti-Atlas Mountains. Stop for photos and to explore the beautiful Oasis of Agdz. The Draa Valley offers incredible views of the Kasbahs and fertile land surrounded by arid mountains. Overnight in a guesthouse or hotel in the Draa Valley.
Day 3: Draa Valley to Todra Gorge and Dades Valley
Leave the Draa Valley early in the morning and head towards Todra Gorge, a dramatic series of cliffs that rise up to 300 meters high. You can take a short walk through the gorge, which offers breathtaking views and an opportunity to explore the surrounding nature. Afterward, continue to the Dades Valley, famous for its distinctive rock formations and kasbahs. You’ll stay overnight in a hotel or guesthouse in the Dades Valley, enjoying the beautiful views of the valley and surrounding mountains.
Day 4: Dades Valley to Merzouga (Sahara Desert)
On your final day, you’ll travel to Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert. Along the way, stop at the stunning Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of Morocco’s most famous ksars. Afterward, continue your journey to Merzouga. Upon arrival, you’ll embark on a camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes to watch a mesmerizing sunset over the desert. Spend the night at a desert camp, enjoying Berber music, a traditional dinner, and stargazing in the peaceful desert night.
