Meet your driver early in the morning at your hotel or the airport in Marrakech. Begin your journey through the High Atlas Mountains, crossing the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260m) with breathtaking views. Stop at the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a historic fortress that has served as the backdrop for films like Gladiator and Game of Thrones.

After lunch, continue through Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Morocco,” and pass by the Dades Valley and Todra Gorge, famous for their impressive rock formations. Arrive in Merzouga by late afternoon, where your camel caravan awaits. Embark on a camel trek through the stunning Erg Chebbi dunes, enjoying a mesmerizing sunset over the desert.

Upon arrival at your luxury desert camp, enjoy traditional Moroccan tea and a delicious dinner. Relax around the campfire with live Berber music under a sky full of stars.

Day 2: Merzouga – Draa Valley – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

Wake up early to witness the sunrise over the dunes, a breathtaking sight you won’t forget. After breakfast at the camp, ride your camel back to Merzouga or take a 4×4 transfer.

Begin your return journey, passing through the Draa Valley, Morocco’s longest river valley, lined with thousands of date palms and Berber villages. Stop for lunch in Ouarzazate, where you can visit the Taourirt Kasbah or explore the city’s film studios.

Continue through the Atlas Mountains, with several scenic stops along the way, before arriving in Marrakech in the evening, where your driver will drop you off at your hotel or a location of your choice.
